In June 2007 I purchased a Mini Portable IPL machine from Patrick Holly.
After researching for many months about IPL I discovered Patrick! On several occasions I emailed Patrick telling him my situation & asking many questions. To my delight his reply was always prompt & easy to understand, all communication was done via internet or phone.
I decided to make my purchase but was very nervous about giving a large deposit to someone I had never met. After discussing my concerns with Patrick openly & honestly I felt at ease & paid my deposit.
I received a receipt immediately & my IPL was delivered within 3 days, along with Patrick!
Patrick's 2 day training is 'full on' but easily understood. The ipl interface is easy to manage and to understand. Ask questions & more questions, as Patrick has the answers for everything. During the second day training we revised everything & I felt comfortable in being able to do treatments confidently. He makes is seem so easy!
Since my purchase I have emailed Patrick for ongoing training & received answers immediately.
